Managing Partner
Brenden founded Cortlandt and leads origination and transaction execution
Prior to founding Cortlandt, Brenden was an Investment Banker at Moelis & Company in the Software M&A group and at Stifel in the Consumer Investment Banking group, advising private equity firms, strategic buyers, and founder-led businesses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and restructurings. Earlier in his career, Brenden was an Investment Banker at Bowen Advisors and worked as a Private Credit Investor at Brookside Capital Partners
Brenden graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting
