Leadership
Brenden Johnson is the Managing Partner of Cortlandt.
Prior to founding Cortlandt, Brenden was an investment banker at Moelis & Company in the Software Investment Banking group and at Stifel in the Consumer Investment Banking group, advising private equity firms, strategic buyers, and founder-led businesses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and restructurings. Earlier in his career, Brenden was an investment banker at Bowen Advisors.
He graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. Brenden is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC.
